- After submitting your request you will receive an automated response. This is a machine, not a human. It is simply a response to let you know they have received your request.
- DO NOT reply to the message that they send you. Replying to this message will push your ticket back further into their queue, resulting in extended wait times.
- Hang tight and wait for a human to reply to you. This generally take 5-7 business days, but can be shorter.

- Tap on the Earn Diamonds button to get to TheoremReach page (you will see all of the available Offers).
- At the top of the screen, you should find a ? icon.
- This will open a box to allow you to submit a support request.
